Imesa is pleased to welcome her customers

during two weeks of study about laminating technology via adhesive tape.

We have organized a series of virtual events, through the usual social networks such as Skype or Zoom, through which deepening the technologies applied to a wide range of interesting applications, even with the possibility of performing some trials with your samples to evaluate our laminator machines.

The laminating machines line-up showed laminator machines with hot nip rollers (either with standard heating system up to 90°C/195°F and “hot” heating system up to 230°C/450°F) suitable to address either the applications with PSA and transfer films and the applications with thermal adhesive films. Synchronized unwinder, rewinders for product and for the protective liner, longitudinal and transversal cutting system are just an example of the embedded devices available in our laminators, further than the new “pre-cut” liner device and the second generation of the “flying” cross cut by chasing.

K1 DS TC Belt: double side laminator with entrance feeding conveyor, cross cut and two exit rewinders, suitable to laminate thin materials (e.g. epdm foam or similar).

KK1 T DS LC TC F: Hot oil double side laminator, with slitting and continuous cross cutting unit and external rewinder. Suitable for laminating foam or felt with PSA, Thermal Adhesive or Aluminum foil. Further than the hot laminating technology up to 230°C, the dual-mode cross cutting station (either static and “by chasing”) and the device for the “pre-cut” of the liner are the flagship of this laminator.
