MOD K1 S and DS
Coating flexible or foam materials with Transfer adhesives and PSA is possible with our calandering machines K1 type:
- Imesa MOD K1-S for single side lamination;
- Imesa MOD K1-DS for double side lamination.
Both are equipped with a single calandering unit, with an adjustable heating system.
It is possible to rewind the process liner separately, through liner remover shafts, to rewind the laminated material with the liner on the outside only.
If necessary, our laminating machines can be completed with an external unwinder, a transversal or longitudinal cutting system (such as a razor blades section with manual positioning).
Possible working modes: Roll-to-Roll, Sheet-to-Roll, or Sheet-to-Sheet mode.

TECHNICAL DATA
- Double unwinder for adhesive film Ø max 500 mm featuring air-expanding shafts and quick lock/release devices and electro-magnetic brake.
- Double winder with electronically controlled tension, complete with Ø 75mm air-expanding shaft and quick lock/release devices. These allow the protective liner of the adhesive to be rewound. The material, with adhesive on both surfaces, is then rewound with only one side protected by the liner.
