Double belt flatbed laminating machine designed to laminate materials by means of self-adhesive, pressure-sensitive films (P.S.A.) and thermo-activated films.
Belt control is managed by side mounted chains and springs for easy access and belt tension is controlled via pre-calibrated thrust.
8 heating zones, possibly expandable, transfer homogeneously and gradually the heat, avoiding stress on the materials, and the cooling zone, available on request and expandable, stabilizes the applications by dropping down the operating temperatures.
The IMESA belt lamination system guarantees a material passage of 100mm, which can be increased up to 150mm, and it’s actually able to close the gap to zero.
GAP and material thickness are controlled directly from the PLC for maximum accuracy. The electronic management of the advancement of the belts, of the operating temperatures (up to 250°C / 480°F) and of the speeds (synchronous from 0 to 15 m/min) adjustable via touchscreen and which can be organized into work recipes make the lamination process simple, productive and replicable.
